Returns/exchanges

We aim for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you do wish to return an item for any reason, then we will issue a refund, using your original payment method, for returned items. 

If you wish to exchange your purchase please email our customer service team contact@naiabeach.com who will be happy to make arrangements for you. 

Returns are charged at the cost of £7.50 for postage and reprocessing. The £7.50 charge will be deducted from your final refund. 

We offer a 14 day returns period for all items purchased from naiabeach.com for UK based customers. We calculate this from the date the order was dispatched.

After Naia Beach receives your return, it may take up to 15 business days for it to be processed and your refund to be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that the refund timeframe may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers. 

Please allow additional processing time for returns during any promotional or holiday period. 

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Making a return from the UK mainland and Northern Ireland:

To start your return for parcels delivered within the UK mainland and Northern Ireland, you will need either the email address used for purchase, your delivery post code, and your order number. The order number is found in your confirmation email.

The following are excluded from our Royal Mail returns portal due to substantial cost increases to a UK issued returns label:  Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Scilly Isles . We apologise in advance, and we will continue to monitor these destinations.

Please retain a proof of postage / tracking with a reference as we will be unable to issue a refund on goods that don’t arrive.

Please enclose a copy of your completed order number, and your telephone number and place it in the package, including your name, and email.

Any taxes or duties associated with your return will be at your cost.


Making a return/exchange from any other country:

If you wish to exchange your purchase please email our customer service team contact@naiabeach.com who will be happy to make arrangements for you. The cost of the return postage is the customers responsibility.

If you are returning an order from outside of the UK, it is the customers responsibility to cover the costs for this unless the return is a result of our error.

We offer a 21 day returns period for all items purchased from naiabeach.com for overseas customers. We calculate this from the date the order was dispatched.

Please email contact@naiabeach.com and confirm the pieces you wish to return.

Please ensure you select a tracked and insured service as we will be unable to refund on goods that do not arrive. Include your contact information in the parcel in case we need to contact you regarding your return.

Any taxes or duties associated with your return will be at your cost.

Important: Please read these instructions carefully before you return your parcel to us:

Invoice: Clearly write "BRITISH RETURN GOODS" on the back of your parcel and shipping invoice alongside each item in the parcel and state zero value. If this information is not included, customs and duty charges may be applied and deducted from your refund.

Return shipping label: Use your order number as a reference on the return shipping label.

Packaging: Package the order securely. You can use the original packaging or your own light mailer.

LATE RETURNS

Any returns received outside of the 14 day ( UK ) 21 days ( Overseas ) time frame may be accepted at the discretion of our Customer Service team.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The item(s) should be returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact. Please note any items returned which do not adhere to these conditions will be deemed as non refundable.

SWIMWEAR

All swimwear must be returned unworn, with its NAIA zip lock swim bag, with its hygiene strip and all labels intact to guarantee a full refund.

In the interest of hygiene, we request you wear underwear when trying on your swimwear.

BEACHWEAR

All beachwear must be returned in its original condition, unworn with its labels attached.

We may refuse to refund or exchange your purchase if we receive damaged goods. We will, however, return the damaged goods to you.

Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit; it is the customer’s responsibility until the return reaches our warehouse.

EXCHANGES

If a new size or colour is required, please go ahead and place a new order whilst we process the refund for your original order. Or email contact@naiabeach.com for more assistance with an exchange.

FAULTY ITEMS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty

If an item becomes faulty after a period of time then please contact customer services before returning it. We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.
